After completing the licensing formalities and according to the vacancy available we will intimate the candidate to submit the resignation.
We will arrange an interview it there is any vacancy available for which the spouse is specialized in if not we will intimate them to search in the open market.
We will provide the required administrative support the doctors to sponsor the family after their joining and the expense will be borne by the doctor.
For the first 7days as a compliment from the Company (room & breakfast charges will be bear by us, all other extras will be paid by the guest) which will not be deducted from your HRA. Meantime, our logistics coordinator will help you to find out a flat near the clinic as per your interest.
For the employees we provide company accommodation wherein 15% of their salary will be deducted towards the company accommodation.
